These principles apply when we produce a podcast for your organization:
1st principle
These general terms and conditions apply in addition to the services agreed in the offer between Podcastone AG (hereinafter “Podcastone”) and the customer and replace all previous versions. Podcastone designs the agreed formats on behalf of the customer and creates the corresponding media files in accordance with the offer and the written communication in this context. Podcastone carries out its work carefully to the best of its knowledge and belief.
2. Implementation and fulfillment
Podcastone is free to choose the means and people to carry out the tasks described in the offer. If Podcastone produces or has works produced for the customer, it guarantees that the work results will be free of defects. Any defects must be reported by the customer immediately. In the event of a complaint, Podcastone and the third parties involved are granted the primary right to make improvements. In relation to third parties, Podcastone acts on behalf of and for the account of the customer in connection with the services to be provided in the offer. For works created by Podcastone such as concepts, audio or video files, etc., unless otherwise agreed in the offer or in writing, a maximum of 3 improvements are possible. In any case, in the event of excessive effort (contradictory requests for changes, etc.), Podcastone reserves the right, after notification, to charge an additional 10% of the agreed fee.
3. Rent a studio & live your podcast dream!
Do you want to rent our awesome podcast studio and produce your own shows? Cool! Rental period, number of people, equipment: We need this data so that everything is perfectly prepared for your podcast recording. Payment & billing easy peasy! Rent, fees, invoice – everything is easy! With your payment details, billing runs smoothly.
CANCELLATION
Everyone knows that something can come up and you can’t keep your appointment. However, we would like to ask you to let us know in good time so that we have the opportunity to offer the appointment to another customer. You can cancel your studio up to a maximum of 48 hours in advance, but we will still be very sad. ATTENTION: Appointments are only possible via Mail info@podcastone.ch. Please understand that in the event of a later cancellation or no-show, we will charge or invoice 50% of the studio rent.
DELAYS:
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, the studio has the discretion to charge standard cancellation fees. Being late results in a delay in the schedule and is unfair to other customers. Let’s be fair player and be on time.
